Perhaps as an option.

In my opinion the players should vote for the best guess and not for what they think was the task.

This way good and funny guesses are rewarded more.

As thinking in a competition level, I thnk that should be a reason for voting the best option, so players should get points for voting right, or else, they could vote not for the best one as it doesn't matter in the end.

I play once to Pingimus.
The points system seems weird.

You get more point by voting for your proposition than guessing the correct one.
From my undestanding it is possible to vote for your proposition if other player propose the same things.

Also you can decide to not find the correct proposition if you do not want to give point to the current player.

You get no points by voting your term. And yes, you decide who gets the points, but you can never be sure, who (except cheating by chat, typing errors,..)

I agree--we need to be able to get points for guessing right. Otherwise, it's a smart strategy to vote for the worst answers, so that the points are divided up among your opponents (since most other people will vote for the best answers).

I love the idea of voting twice: once for the right caption and once for the funniest caption!

Otherwise, it's a smart strategy to vote for the worst answers, so that the points are divided up among your opponents: how can you know, which answer is from which opponent?

Now that non-Premium members can't instigate a Pingimus game, I won't be able to make this option (since I don't have a job right now ;-)...however, I still think it's a great idea! Otherwise it becomes a game of guessing who needs the most points and other types of strategies.
